Where a personalization error is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, Leather Gallery may not be responsible for replacement or refund.

If Leather Gallery produces customization that materially differs from the confirmed customer instructions, the customer should contact our support team with appropriate evidence.

11. Order Cancellation
