Refund & Exchange

Any product purchased from Leather Gallery can be exchanged or returned under following circumstances:

Refunds:

Refund is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or product received is different from order. SA should be intimated in writing of damage within 12 hours after receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item is returned back to Leather Gallery with original packing, labels and price tags. Refund will only be processed once SA has received the product and analyzed the cause of damage. Refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping cost are non-refundable unless product is faulty or different from order. The refund process may take two weeks. Exchange:

Kindly select the right size & color, when placing your order. The customer service representative is always there to help at +92 346-2013346. Request for exchange should be made within 12 hours of receiving the article by courier. If the article is not used, all tags are intact and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before the order is under process. As soon as the product has been shipped, our refund and exchange policy will be applicable. Leather Gallery has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock & pricing errors.
